Friday: 19th April 2019
Arrival day for most delegates
Parts & other Vendors on display 10:00 – 15:00 (home Base)
Event Registration (Home Base) 09:30 – 12:00 then 13:00 - 15:00
Car parade through town 15:30 – 16:30
Barbecue Dinner at Vintage & Veterans 17:30 – 18:00 (bust tpt) return 21:30 -22:00

Saturday: 20th April 2019
Event Registration for any late arrivals 08:00 – 09:00
All cars to park display (Heller St Park, Picnic Point) 07:00 – 08:30
Business Meeting - Picnic Point event centre 09:30 – 11:00
Ladies Day – Bunnyconnellen - Depart Home Base 08:30 – 14:00 (bus transport)
Car Show at Picnic Point (Heller St Park) 09:00 – 14:00
Dinner at Picnic Point Event centre 18:00 – 22:00 (bus transport)
(Dinner is Buffet format) Includes auction

Poker Run – winner announced official dinner,
Depart Home Base 08:30 - 09:00 (collect poker card before departure)
Arrive Scotty’s Garage 09:00 - 09:30 (morning tea, view collection)
Depart Scotty’s Garage 11:00 – 11:30 (collect poker card)
Arrive Bull & Barley Inn (Cambooya) 12:00 – 12:30 (short stop, collect card)

Arrive Cobb & Co (Lunch) 13:00 – 14:00 (collect card)
